Cowabunga Bay

Justin's parents, Brandon, Stacey, Levi, Trey, Michelle, and Arianna all came up for the weekend so we could all go to Cowabunga Bay together.  It was so much fun.  We spent most the day Saturday at the water park and then had a bbq at our house after and we were able to visit with each other afterwards.  We took Brooke to a babysitter while we were at the water park because we thought it might be too hot and hard to have her there the whole time.  She is at the age where she thinks she can do everything that big kids can do.  Lydia loved the water park and it was fun to be able to focus all our attention on her.  I didn't take my camera so we stole these pictures from Justin's dad.

  Lydia loved the little Kiddie Cove area they had.  They had some park size slides and also a bigger one that she eventually went down by herself on.  She also went down with Justin on the full size water slides and she loved it!  She kept asking for more slides.

 Lydia went down the green slide in the background.  She wasn't tall enough to go down any of the other big slides, but she loved the green one.

 

 We had pizza for lunch while we were there.  We had found some really good discount tickets that included lunch so it made it perfect!  Lydia was hungry because she ate her pizza so fast and then she was ready to play again.

We had so much fun.  It is always nice to do things with family.  Too bad we all don't live closer to each other.
