Thanksgiving in Leeds - Day One

We went to Leeds for Thanksgiving this year. We weren't able to leave to head down there until Thanksgiving because of Justin's work schedule and also because Lydia had been feeling a little sick and we didn't want to mess up her schedule too much. Lydia does pretty well on the drive. We stop half way in Fillmore at the Maverick so she can play at the park while I feed Brooke. It is perfect because she definitely is ready to get her wiggles out by then.

This was Brooke's first Thanksgiving. Doesn't she look so cute?

Lydia loved playing with Trey in Leeds. He is so good with her and so good with Brooke. It is fun to watch him interact with them. He's such a good big cousin.

It was fun to just hang out on Thanksgiving Day. We were able to go to the park and play because the weather was about 65 degrees. It was so nice. We ate dinner at about 5:30 because Stephanie had to work during the day. After dinner we were able to hang out some more and we were able to play some games.

Justin enjoys playing with the kid toys as much as the little kids do. We decided that Stacey's and Brooke's hair is almost the same color. Brooke's might just be a little bit darker right now, but we are sure it will lighten up.

Thanksgiving was a lot of fun. Justin's whole family was there along with his grandma, his aunt and uncle, Curtis and Kaye, and then two of his cousins, Kevin and Spencer. Spencer's wife, Katie, and his son, Nate were there along with Kevin's girlfriend, Alyssa.
