On Halloween we took Lydia trick-or-treating at my grandparent's ward trunk-or-treat. Our ward doesn't have a lot of kids in the neighborhood so we wanted her to be able to see other kids and follow them around.

She had a lot of fun! She didn't want people to put the candy into her bucket, she wanted them to put it in her hand and then she would put the candy into the bucket. It was fun to watch.

When she got her first sucker she got really excited and started sticking her tongue out in a licking motion (which is how she says that she wants a sucker). I had to hide the sucker so she'd keep going.

I feel bad I didn't get picture of Justin with her. He was holding Brooke while we were going around. My grandma was still at work, but we got a picture with my grandpa before we left. We stopped at my aunt Jenny's house on the way home to trick-or-treat there too.

When we got home we were going to take her just around our circle, but she was done and just wanted to go to bed. Silly girl. She did make sure to ride her horse before bed though.

Brooke didn't get to wear her costume because of her harness, but here are pictures of her on Halloween too.

She's a really happy baby and loves it when someone talks to her.
