Rodeo
On Friday, July 1st, Justin, Lydia, and I went to the West Jordan Rodeo. Lydia is an extra wiggly child so going anywhere with her lately is always a bit of a challenge. A tractor was prepping the arena when we first got to the rodeo so Lydia stood by the fence and waved each time it went past her.
She thinks that she is pretty big and walked around the rodeo grounds before it started. Her new thing, taught to her by my dad, is to tell everyone to "Come On" and she motions with her hand.
She likes to push the stroller better than she likes to ride in it.
She loves animals and enjoyed looking at and waving to the cows before it started.
We tried to keep her cool and hydrated before the rodeo started.
We lucked out and were able to sit on the first row which is the only way we lasted as long as we did with Lydia. She is so very wiggly and doesn't like to be held at all!
She didn't want to be held for pictures.
It was a really good rodeo. It probably had the best announcer and rodeo clowns out of any that I had seen before. However, the cows were winning. The poor cowboys.
