The Parthenon has an art museum inside of it on the main floor so we walked around that for a while and then went to the upstairs where they had replica statues from Greece.
We had fun taking pictures this trip, that is why there are so many posted. Don't worry though, I didn't post even near half of them. Between my camera and Matthew's camera we took over 1,900 pictures. I guess it just goes to show that we enjoyed ourselves and we have the pictures to prove it.
If you notice, Matthew and Mom match today. Such a cute mother/son thing they have going on. He wouldn't let her borrow a Cubs hat to complete the outfit though.
There was a big statue inside of the Parthenon. They said who it was, but I forgot. It was some Greek mythological character though.
The whole statue had meaning to it, she is holding someone and also a shield and they both meant something in Greek mythology.
Before we left the Parthenon we let Lydia go feed the geese again. It was such a nice day outside.
We then headed over to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
These are the platinum and gold records that different country artists have received over the years. The museum had a lot of exhibits about different country artists through out time. It was a lot of fun to walk through.
The next picture is some of the plaques of the musicians that have actually been admitted into the Hall of Fame. There weren't as many as I thought there would have been.
After the Country Hall of Fame we walked down Broadway Street. It was a lot like Beale Street in Memphis and had a lot of little shops and restaurants. We saw these dogs on the back of some guy's motorcycle.
We walked to the end of the street to the river.
It was a cool view. The bridge that you can see is a pedestrian only bridge. From that point you could also see the Tennessee Titan's football stadium even though it isn't in the picture.
We ate lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. Lydia slept in her stroller all through lunch. She was really a good baby on the trip.
After lunch Matthew and Lisa took us back to our hotel (we ate a late lunch) and they headed back home to Knoxville. They had a two and a half hour drive still and we had an early flight out the next morning so we wanted to make sure Lydia got a good nap.
This is mom waving goodbye to Matthew and Lisa before they left. She really wasn't as happy to see them leave as she looks. The next picture is Matthew and Lisa in front of their car, a place where we spent a lot of our trip. We were sad to see them leave.
After we said our goodbyes and Matthew and Lisa were on their way, we put Lydia down for a nap. After she woke up we walked over to the Waffle House for dinner. 
I guess they are very popular in the south. My dad gives Matthew and Lisa a hard time for never having gone to one, so mom and I decided to check it out. My dad will be in Tennessee next weekend so he wanted to take Matthew and Lisa to their first one.After dinner we were able to watch the BYU vs USU football game on ESPN. Way to go Aggies!
