Last weekend we had a barbecue at my grandparent's home with all of my extended family.
After the bbq we headed to Taylorsville Days to watch the fireworks. Lydia fell asleep in her stroller while we walked over there but was awake again about an hour later.
I was afraid that she would start to get fussy and that the fireworks would scare her, but she was perfect. She was content being held or just laying on the blanket with Justin.
When the fireworks started she was mesmerized by them. She actually fell asleep near the end of the show (the fireworks lasted about twenty minutes). It was pretty funny. We are lucky to have such a good baby!
This picture was taken while the fireworks were going off. See how she is just looking up at the sky. She loved them. I could tell she was watching them because she would turn her head to the different parts of the sky where they were being let off.
