More of Brooke - and some of Lydia too

It has been so much fun having Brooke home and watching Lydia interact with her. Sometimes Lydia completely ignores her and other times she seems to smother her. My favorite has been when Brooke cries and Lydia puts her finger to her mouth and tells Brooke to shh. It is so cute. I need to get a picture of it one of these times. Here are some fun pictures of Brooke over the past few days. These first ones were taken Wednesday, September 21. Brooke was two days old.The flash was off on this next picture because Brooke doesn't like it flashing in her eyes.Of course, I can't forget little Miss Lydia so here is one of her serenading Brooke on the piano. Lydia loves playing with the piano. It is so fun to watch her play it because she kind of dances while she is playing. Sh moves her head side to side and get the cutest little smile on her face. These next pictures are of Brooke on Thursday, September 22 when she was three days old. It is fun to watch her change over the days.
And of course, one of Lydia. She is obsessed with my dad and loves playing with his phone. He has an app where she can feed a bird or a cat and it is so cute watching her tell him what she wants the animal to do. She will sign for him to feed them or give them a drink and sometimes she'll grab his hand and move his finger to what she wants him to do. Jillian and Brady also came to see Brooke on Thursday. They also came back on Friday, but I only have one picture. Here are some pictures of Brooke on Friday, September 23. She is in different outfits because she was spitting up and also because we snuck out to my cousin's wedding reception and wanted her to be in something warm since it was outside. The next picture is of my parents and Lydia and Brooke. My dad has been great because he has stopped by after work to help fix a few things in our house. My mom has been here since Monday morning (I called her at five to tell her to get ready and head on down so she could watch Lydia). She has been amazing with helping with Lydia and Brooke and helping me unpack. Justin had to go back to work on Wednesday and I couldn't have done it without her. Here is our new family picture with the two most beautiful little girls anyone could ever ask for. We truly are so blessed to have such good little kids.
