Riding the Choo Choo Train

We took Lydia and Brooke to downtown Salt Lake so they could ride on the Trax trains.  Justin made the mistake of telling Lydia first thing in the morning that she got to ride a train.  We had a few errands to run first and all morning long she said, "Me ride choo choo, mom?"  We had a lot of fun.  We started at Gateway and then rode the train to City Creek.  At City Creek we let the girls play in the play court area they have there.  They both loved that.  It is fun to watch Brooke try to walk around and climb up the toys.  Lydia loves being able to run and play with other kids.  She was very aware of where Brooke was the whole time.  Here we are waiting for the train to come.  I look silly but it was the cutest one of both girls.

 

 

 Their faces don't quite show how excited they were to be on the train, especially Lydia.  She loved it!

 

 

It was a super fun outing.  We definitely need to do it more!
