Last weekend we went to Logan for Jillian's graduation. My parents had been down helping Cammie pack the moving truck so Lydia and I caught an early ride up with them. We stopped at McDonalds on the way there for dinner. Lydia really enjoyed the play area there. She could climb up the stairs to the slide and go down the slide all by herself.
My mom had set up a chair for Nathan so that Lydia could use the booster seat while they watched tv.
However, Lydia wanted to sit in the chair too so my mom went and bought another one for her.
My dad had brought in a load of dirt to add to the horse corral, and Lydia loved playing in it.
Hollie has to be right where the kids are at all times.
Nathan also enjoyed himself. At one point he slid down the dirt pile and said it was a slippery slide.
Lydia is obsessed with my dad. She even knows how to say Grandpa. She kept wanting to either be held by him or to get into the tractor with him.
Lydia and Nathan also just had fun playing in the tractor.
Nathan has been obsessed with compost lately and he wanted to plant some seeds in the compost so he could watch them grow. My dad helped him plant the seeds.
Nathan kept asking if he could hold Lydia.
On Saturday we went to Jillian's graduation from Utah State. She received her bachelors degree and even graduated with honors!! Lydia had been feeling sick due to teething so Justin and her stayed at my parents' house so Lydia could sleep, so they didn't get to go to the graduation.
After graduation we all went to Pizza Pie Cafe for dinner and then back to my parents' house to just hang out. On Sunday, Cammie and Dan left early to start their drive to Georgia. The rest of us went to church and then had a nice Mother's Day dinner of swiss steak that my dad made.
