After a lot of thought and careful deliberation we decided that adopting an new addition to our family would be a great idea! At first we didn't think it would be a wise decision, but then we found a 6 month old that seemed to be a perfect fit for us! Her name is Daisy!
We had been wanting to get a dog for a while, but were hesitant because we are just renting. Our landlords allow us to have a dog, but we wanted a puppy and were afraid that the puppy would ruin carpet and possibly chew on things. When we found the ad for Daisy we were excited because she was a little older, but still a puppy. Plus, she is already potty trained!
Her previous owners had to sell her because they were moving out of their house into an apartment and couldn't keep her. They had a two year old boy so she was used to kids crawling all over her and pulling her ears and such. We thought she would be a great fit for us. When we went and saw her for the first time Lydia was so excited. When Lydia saw her she started squealing and kicking. It was so cute to see.
We got Daisy on Friday night, November 12th, and we have had a lot of fun with her. We have taken her on a few walks and to the park to play a couple of times.
It's been a little colder outside so we have to bundle Lydia up pretty good before we go.
Luckily for us, Lydia loves her big, fluffy winter coat. She always starts to clap when I put it on her.
Daisy is a really mellow dog. We can tell her to go lay on her bed and she will. It is great. She knows how to sit and we will have fun teaching her more tricks.
Lydia is going to love having her around. Lydia actually tries to crawl over to Daisy and once she reaches her tries to pull her ears and pet her. Lydia gets so exited to see her. It will be fun to have them grow up together!

How fun! I want a doggie for my little boys... but was can't have one in the place we are living. What a cute little dog!
Oh I just love her. She's going to be Lydia's best friend. I love the big fluffy coat on Lydia, and the pink one on Daisy as well.
Look how big she is getting! How fun and what a fun new member of the fam! So cute! I have yet to convince Jared one of them needs to come to our house.
